Our 2026-29 strategic plan

As we move towards our charity’s decennial, we have taken some time to review our strategic plan. We spent time together as a team including our core admin team, artists, and trustees talking and exploring who Boom! are and what we want to achieve in the next few years. We worked together to create a strategy that ensures our mission, aims and objectives remain true to who we are.
